We have a brand new gold brass Engelbert Schmid triple horn in f-alto in stock. This horn is unlacquered, has a wide hand-hammered bell flare, and an adjustable hand rest and pinky ring.
The new, higher value of the dollar makes this instrument thousands of dollars less expensive than it would have been just a few months ago. Follow this link for more information about Engelbert Schmid horns.

Would you happen to have a photo of this Gold Brass triple? I can’t find a photo of a gold brass Schmid anything and I’m curious. Thanks!

Hi Matthew,
I’ve put a up thumbnail with a link to a full size shot of the horn we have in stock. As you can see, Schmid’s gold brass is quite a pale red. In addition to soundind slightly darker at soft to moderate volume levels, gold brass is immune to de-zincification. So, with any care at all this horn will last nearly forever.
